Stall Application

Thank you for your interest in our event. Before you fill in the stall application, please take a moment to look over the different stalls type available. Please fill in all the fields below.   

Stall types and fees are as follows:

This is the standard 3×3 meter stall space. 

You will need your own Gazebo, tables and chairs.

Should need to hire tables and chairs you are welcome to, the cost are listed below.

Stall fee: R400

Stall extras:
Table hire: R50 per table.

Chair hire: R20 per chair.
Electrical point: R200 (limited points available and preference to be given to food stall holders)

Food stalls are a 3×6 meter stall space. 

Should you not be using a trailer, you will need your own Gazebo, tables and chairs.

Should need to hire tables and chairs you are welcome to, the cost are listed below.

Stall fee: R450

Stall extras:
Table hire: R50 per table.

Chair hire: R20 per chair.
Electrical point: R200 (limited points available and preference to be given to food stall holders)

Covens, Groves, Temples or Kindreds this is for you. This is the standard 3×3 meter stall space. 

You will need your own Gazebo, tables and chairs.

Should need to hire tables and chairs you are welcome to, the cost are listed below.

Stall fee if not selling any goods: R200
Stall fee if selling goods: R400

Stall extras:
Table hire: R50 per table.

Chair hire: R20 per chair.
Electrical point: R200 (limited points available and preference to be given to food stall holders)

 Artist, sculptors, leather workers, metal workers displaying their craft items, stall fees are R300 for a 3x3m stall. Should you be willing to give a talk and a workshop of your craft, stall fees will be R250. You are welcome to charge for the workshop, if you will be supplying materials. Attended before : R50 discount
Early bird payments: R50 discount (this offer expires 1st January 2020)

      Standard stalls are a 3x3m, food stalls are a 3x6m stall.
    • Stall Extras

      Our stall extras include, Power at R200 per outlet (limited 8 stalls), table hire at R50 per table, chair hire at R20 per chair. Please indicate the number of items required in the space provided below.
    • R200 per electric point. Please note you are only alowed two items and no deep fryers.

      Please read PAN Events T’s & C’s…. 1. Stall fees are R400 per stall for non-food and stalls not requiring power. 2. Food stalls are R450 per 6x3m stall. If at all possible, please provide your own power like a generator or gas. Should you require power, there are limited power stalls available. Please note NO high power consumption equipment, e.g. no deep fryers, may be used and a maximum of two pieces of equipment per stall. 3. Covens, Groves, Temples or Kindreds (Collectively known as a Group) not selling any goods, stall fees R200 for a 3x3m stall. Should you wish to sell goods you will be classified as trader. 4. Artist, sculptors, leather workers displaying their craft items, stall fees are R350 for a 3x3m stall. Should you be willing to give a talk and a workshop of your craft, stall fees will be R250. You are welcome to charge for the workshop, if you will be supplying materials.  5. Any food stalls or stalls using gas / fire etc must have their own 3 kg fire extinguisher. The inspector will come to check and your stall can be closed for lack of compliance. In such cases, stall fees will not be reimbursed. Food stalls must have their food trading licences on display. 6. All food stalls must have their food traders licence on display. 7. Any stall selling any form of liquor must have a liquor licence. No licence, no selling of liquor. 8. Once your stall has been approved we will send you your invoice. Please check that all the details are correct, should there be changes, please send them to events@panevents.co.za. Once you are happy that your invoice is correct, please send your proof of payment to events@panevents.co.za. 9. Your stall will only be confirmed once we have received your payment, should you delay in paying your fee we can not guarantee your stall will still be available.  10. Stall fees are to be paid in advance to secure you stall, first paid first served. Only once we have received payment is your stall booked. Once your stall has been allocated there will be no refunds of stall fees. 11. No stall payments will be accepted on the day of the festival in the interest of security. 12. In the interest of variety please be detailed about your “trade and or items” so we can ensure limited duplication. 13. Gates for stall holders will open by 8am, all cars are to be removed and parked in the designated area by 9:30am. Gates to the public will open at 10am. The event is from 10am till early evening. You are welcome to hire Tables @ R50 each and Chairs @ R20 each. 14. No stall sharing allowed. 15. Please be mindful this is a Pagan event. 16. NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS. 17. NO REFUNDS IF EVENT IS DISRUPTED BY UNCONTROLLABLE ACTS OF NATURE OR ANY OTHER UNCONTROLLABLE EVENT. 18. Should the event be postponed, a new date will be provided. and your stall will be moved over to the new date. 19. Should the event be cancelled for what ever reason, your stall will be transferred to our next event. 20. PAN Events reserve the right to change stall placings should there be a necessity for it. 21. PAN Events reserves right of entry. 22. Stalls staff members need to be in before gates open to the public , thereafter they will be subject to the entry fee. 23. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. 24. All stall holders will be added the PAN Events WhatsApp group. All information pertaining to stall holders will shared on the group. 25. By submitting this application for a stall you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
